Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid Bullzeye subscriptions. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Bullzeye Fintech Ltd, company no. 517399275 (“Bullzeye”, “we”, “us”).

Using Bullzeye without a subscription is free: there is no charge, and so nothing to refund. This policy applies only once you take out a paid plan.

1

The plans this policy covers

Bullzeye offers two paid plans, shown on the subscribe page: Annual at $60 a year, and Monthly at $12.99 a month. Both unlock the same thing — the identities behind the scoreboard, the original post behind every call, the daily feed, and ticker consensus. The plans differ only in how they are billed, and, as set out below, in how refunds work.

2

Who charges you

We use a third-party payment provider to take payment. That provider acts as the merchant of record — the seller of record for the transaction. This is normal for online subscriptions and does not change who you are dealing with: your subscription is with Bullzeye, and this policy governs it.

One practical consequence: the charge on your card statement, and the receipt you are emailed, may appear under our payment provider’s name rather than “Bullzeye.” If a Bullzeye charge looks unfamiliar, that is why — check for the provider’s name before treating it as unrecognised. Any refund is returned through the same provider, to the payment method you used.

3

Annual plan — 30-day money-back guarantee

The Annual plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first annual purchase. Switching from Monthly to Annual doesn’t start a new guarantee period.

After those first 30 days we do not offer a refund as a matter of course for the remainder of that year. You can still cancel at any time (see Section 5) and you keep full access until the year you have paid for ends. Your statutory rights are unaffected — see Section 6.

4

Monthly plan

The Monthly plan renews one month at a time, so there is no long commitment to unwind: cancel whenever you like and you will not be charged again (see Section 5). We do not offer a money-back guarantee on Monthly as a matter of course, because you can leave at the end of any month. Your statutory rights are unaffected — see Section 6.

5

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from your account or by contacting us.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your access immediately, and as a matter of course we do not refund the period you are currently in. You keep everything your subscription unlocks until the end of the period you have already paid for — the rest of the month on Monthly, the rest of the year on Annual — after which the subscription does not renew. Your statutory rights are unaffected — see Section 6.

Monthly is genuinely month-to-month: one month at a time, with no commitment beyond it.

6

Your statutory rights

Where you live may give you rights that sit above this policy. Consumers in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey and Israel generally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw; some other countries provide shorter periods. Those rights always apply, and nothing in this policy limits, waives or replaces them.

Our payment provider, as merchant of record, may also grant a refund at its own discretion.

Where this policy and your statutory rights differ, the higher level of rights applies.

How to request a refund or cancel

Write to us at legal@bullzeye.ai from the email address on your account, and tell us whether you want to cancel, request a refund, or both. We will confirm eligibility under this policy and, where a refund is due, process it through our payment provider back to your original payment method.
